This product is use to make your cuticles healthy and beautiful.

If you turn the dial on the back of the oil pen 'click click', oil will come out. 

The brush has time to soak in, so don't turn it too much at once. Soft and fine hairs apply oil evenly between cuticles without drying out.
Apply an appropriate amount to the brush and apply to the cuticle.
